OTHER FIANCE VISA FORMS TO BE COMPLETED IN RUSSIA
Form G-325A Biographic Data Sheet is required for both you and your
fiance. These forms must be original and in quadruplicate. The person
completing the form must sign each original. In addition, your fiance
must spell her name in her native language on the form, which most
likely will be in Cyrillic letters.

the US (two to three weeks each way) and considering the problems with

registered mail), it makes a lot of sense to…
Take a number of these Form G-325A Biographic Data Sheets with you so
that you can have your fiance fill them out while you are there with
her.
Obviously, you can’t have every woman you meet fill out these forms.
However, it will speed up the processing of your application
dramatically if you have her complete and sign the forms while you are
there, than to try and collect them later.
Usually the marriage agencies or tour companies that you use can assist you in this process.
Have her complete eight originals, just in case some get lost and just
in case you need some extra forms later. Do not date them. You will add
the dates later.
You can then bring them home with you when you return from your trip. by John Kunkle John has been to Russia and CIS countries many times.
